Who we are. This website (https://www.vicecitymovie.com/) is a non-commercial fan project run by MOM Agency. You can contact us at [email protected].

What we collect. The only personal data we collect directly is your email address, and only when you voluntarily enter it in the signup form. We also use Google Analytics and standard server logs, which may process your IP address, approximate location, and browser/device information (see "Cookies & Analytics" below).

Why we collect it. We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when the full video is released and to send occasional updates about this project. The legal basis for this is your consent, which you give when you submit the form.

What we will never do. We will never sell your email address, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for anything unrelated to this project.

Who processes it. Emails are stored and sent using Upstash, which acts as our data processor. Their privacy policy applies to their handling of the data.

How long we keep it. We keep your email until you unsubscribe or until this project's mailing list is closed, whichever comes first. When the project ends, the list will be deleted.

Your rights. Wherever you are in the world, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to [email protected]. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and we will honor these requests regardless of where you live. Depending on your location, these rights may also be guaranteed by law, such as the LGPD in Brazil, the GDPR in the European Economic Area, or the CCPA in California.

Cookies & Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser type). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes your data on servers operated by Google LLC, which may be located outside your country. We use this data only in aggregate, to see how the trailer is performing. We cannot identify you personally from it, and we do not use it for advertising. You can opt out at any time by declining cookies in the banner, using Google's opt-out browser add-on, or blocking cookies in your browser settings. Children. This site is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted their email, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes. If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be announced by email.
